File pdf documents completed by requestor through the Justice Services Online (JSO) Portal or Ontario Courts Public.

Portal (OCCP) on behalf of the requestor.

Upload pdf documents provided by requestor to Case-Center on behalf of the requestor.

Case-center account to be provided by requestor.

Provide proof of completion to requestor.
